Description: There are two different waves here that are notable. Uppers is the less crowded of the two. It produces a fast, quality right hand point like wave. Lowers is often crowded but rightfully so. It is an excellent peak best know for its long, fast rights with a good shreddable face. It does also produce a left. W and SW swells work best for these waves.
Directions: Exit the 405 at Cristianitos Road. Park in the lot or near Carl's Jr. Take the path on the west side of the freeway south for a while until you are down near the beach. There are a number of smaller paths off to your right that join up with the beach and the various breaks starting with Cottons Point, then Uppers, Middles, Lowers and lastly Churches.
