There really are no thickest boards made by any one surfboard manufacturer or shaper. There are probably quite a few shapers that create big guy boards for shortboards, funboards, and longboards that are very thick.

If you are looking for a short board for a tall or large guy try one about your hight or a little taller and nearly 3 inches thick. Fish boards are wider than thrusters with flatter rockers. Usually you don't need a board quite as long as a thruster because it is a wider board with a fuller nose. If you get one of these in a quad it will be fast turn pretty good and will excel in steep waves.
Knee boards are designed similar and you usually pick one about your own hight and look at the specs on the width of the board and the thickness.

It is ether that or get the biggest long board you can get.
surf shops will usually be glad to help you out on your choice.
