Fins help?

my friend just picked up surfing a few weeks ago and has been having to surf on a surfboard with no fins. i must admit watching is pretty funny but its possible to get up. she got her board when her older brother moved from florida to texas and gave her his board. he found it 5 years ago in someones trash. it doesnt have fins. and its ancient. lol. we went to a few surf shops around where we live and noone sells these fins. they told us its a late 80s board and she could actually sell it to a collector for a pretty good amount of money but she wants to hold on to it but also find fins. so i had her take some photos of the board and if anyone can help out itd be great!

so obviously, now you see our drama. its two fin not three. and nowhere sells these! help! link to a website or something is greatly appreciated! also keep in mind money. she's only a college kid.
