Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Where do we go for surfing and where can we rent surf boards?
Our property is on Fonatur beach and the near by surfing beach is called Cabo Surf Beach which is a 15 min walk from the hotel. There is another beach called the Zippers Beach which is within 10 min walking distance from the hotel. There is a shop on Zippers beach where you can rent surf boards.
2. How much is it for an extra person in the studio?
A third person in the studio is $420 extra and you will get two double beds. You will get a better value from a one bedroom - considering it has a kitchen, a living room, and the price includes up to 4 people.
3. Is a one bedroom a different price?
Yes, the price will be doubled because we will use two weeks of our time share for one week of one bed room. The actual price for a one bedroom at the resort is $2400 for one week.
4. What is the temperature like in Cabo?
Most of the Baja region is exceptionally dry. as in most tropical regions, Mexico has two weather seasons: rainy and dry. Generally, rain falls and temperatures rise from June through October, leaving November through May as the more temperate, drier season. However, in Southern Baja a subtropical desert assures over 350 days a year of sunshine, cool winter evenings, low humidity and refreshing sea breezes. Summer temperatures climb into the mid 90's, but are generally cooler on the Pacific ocean side. Humidity is considerably lower in Cabo than at mainland resorts.
5. Is there a grocery store near by?
There is a deli right there in the hotel and there is a supermarket across the street in front of the hotel at a short walking distance.
6. Does it have to be Sat. to Sat.?
Your payment secures a reservation from a Sat. to the next Sat. only, but you are not required to stay the whole time. If you like to have more time, you have to purchase a second week.
7. What other fees do we have to pay?
There are no other fees or obligations. If you want your confirmation mailed to you, you pay for document shipping.
8. Is there a shuttle to and from the airport?
Yes. Once you have your flight information, you will call the toll free number at the hotel (I will provide all that information) three days prior to your arrival and give them your info and they will have a shuttle waiting for you. They charge around $12 per person one way.
