Available for four months; January, February, March and April 2007. Ideal for couple wanting to spend the winter in beautiful Santa Barbara or someone looking to relocate here and needs something temporary while looking for something to buy or rent full time.
Rental rate is very reasonable at $2,200 per month. This includes all utilities, cable TV, DSL, and telephone. Refundable security deposit of $500.will be required. In exchange for reasonable rate we are looking for kind, quiet person(s) to take care of our home while we travel. Good communication is necessary for successful transaction.
No off street parking available but will supply one parking permit.
